- Inscription on title page: tanqua[m] Explorator.
- Gilt lettering on both boards: C W.
- Ownership inscription with the motto of Ben Jonson.
- C. W. may have been the owner of the book before Jonson, since W/I-6-14 is another work by Goropius owned by Jonson with no owner's initials on the binding.
