Franciscan Convent, Giaccherino

The Franciscan Convent at Giaccherino, just outside Pistoia was founded in the early fifteenth century as a convent of the Observant Franciscans. The convent presumably closed as a result of the suppression of the religious orders in the nineteenth century.
