Caius Sallustius Crispus. C. Crispi Sallustii quae extant. Cum notis integris ... atque selectis ... Accedunt ... Fragmenta historicorum, ... Cura Sigeberti Havercampi. ...
Amsterdam: 1742.
Armorial bookplate on front pastedown: Duca di Cassano | Il serra.
The library of Luigi Cassano Serra (1747-1825), 4th Duke of Cassano, Marquess of Rivadebro, was sold by 1820 to Lord George John Spencer (1758–1834), 2nd Earl Spencer, whose library was itself sold in 1892 by the 5th Earl Spencer to Mrs Ryland and is now at the John Rylands University Library.[1]
This book presumably left one of these two collections some time in the nineteenth century and was acquired by the Chapter Library.
