Fore-edge title , vertical: 'RVCH|LEN'.
Back pastedown from medieval MS with note at foot: Alphabetum grecum.
Inscriptions in the hand of Thomas Wakefield.
Shelfmark 'F γ 14' at top of front pastedown (Cambridge University Library, 1650s), identified by James Carley.
