Doctors' Commons

Doctors' Commons or the College of Advocates of the Court of Arches, the Archbishop of Canterbury's Prerogative Court, the Court of Faculties and Dispensations, the Consistory Court of the Bishop of London, and the High Court of Admiralty.

The College of Doctors' Commons was dissolved in 1858 and its library sold in 1861. Its books had a printed label reading Ex Bibliotheca Hospitii Dominorum Advocatorum de Arcubus Londini.
