Edmund Parker, vicar of St Nicholas, Newington, Kent (1739–1770) and rector of Cheriton, Kent (1743–1770) was educated at Corpus Christi College, Cambridge (admitted 1719, matriculated 1720).[1] A number of his books later belonged to Thomas Brockman before eventually coming into the Cathedral Library.
