John Bradford (died 1685) was educated at Brasenose College, Oxford (1653, BA 1657, MA 1660, DD 1671). He was Master of Camberwell Grammar School, 1661-74; rector of St Edmund the King, London, 1670-85; rector of Sefton, Lancashire, 1675-78; and vicar of Bexhill, Surrey, 1678. He was appointed a canon of Canterbury in October 1685 but died two months later.[1]

His library was auctioned in London the year following his death.[2] There is no record of any of his books in the Chapter Library.
