Cologne: 1568.- Inscription on title page: Sum Thomæ Willowghbej liber.
- Thomas Willoughby (d. 1581) was a canon of Canterbury (Stall V) from 1551 and also a canon of Chichester from 1570.[1] He was a clerical exile during the reign of Queen Mary.[2]
- The Benefactors' Book (f. 105v), has an entry stating that the book was given by the lawyer William Harrison of Woodnesborough (d. 1647).[3] It is listed in the 1634 inventory.
