Archbishop Laud had copies of this work bound with his arms for wide distribution. A list of some surviving copies is given in the entries for his stamps in the British Armorial Binding Stamps Database.[1]
The Archbishop's gift to Canterbury Cathedral Library is recorded in the Benefactors' Book (f.103v).
