- Leaves from a Sarum breviary used for front and back pastedowns.
- Possibly from Henry VIII's library at Westminster Palace, later in the possession of Abp Richard Bancroft (James Carley).
- 16/17c Oxford blind-stamped binding with centre piece
- Trace of label attached to pastedown at top fore edge of front board (Bancroft?).
- Cambridge UL shelfmark (1650s) on front pastedown, indicating provenance from Lambeth Palace Library: D.λ.20.
- Fore-edge title Marsil | Patav:
- Spine label P.II.16. (1802).
