William Welby

William Welby (fl. 1851–1893) was the High Bailiff of the County Court of Canterbury. He is recorded in the parish of St Mary Bredin in the 1881 Canterbury census and in Oaten Hill in the 1891 census. The 1857 Poll Book records him as Sheriff.[1]
